Lifesaver 101 is required, by law, to meet certain requirements for First Aid and CPR courses. One of these is the length of each course.

Once you purchase the course, you have 30 days to complete the online coursework.
If you have not completed the coursework within 30 days, contact support@lifesaver101.com and we may be able to reset your course access.
PayPal is the payment processor, but you can still pay with a credit or debit card. When you click ‘Pay with Credit or Debit Card,‘ you might see the PayPal symbol asking for your email—this is just to send you the receipt of your purchase. Don’t worry, enter your email, and you’ll be directed to the section where you can input your card information. Scroll down and uncheck the box that says ‘Create a PayPal account.’ This will allow you to proceed as a guest and pay with your preferred card.

Blended learning requires you to complete half of your coursework online and then attend half of your coursework in person. During the in-person class, you will be required to demonstrate First Aid and CPR skills while being assessed by a qualified Lifesaver 101 instructor. Both online and in-person coursework must be completed to receive a final First Aid Certificate.

- Emergency First Aid & CPR total teaching time 6.5 hours (3 online and 3.5 in class)

You must attend your in-person course within 60 days of completion of the online coursework.
Our Training Centers open 10-15 minutes before the course starts.
Yes, all of our classes have scheduled breaks. If you are in a full day class there is also a lunch break.
You are welcome to bring food and drinks with you.
All employers who are subject to the Occupational Health and Safety Act must comply with Regulation 1101 under Section 3 of the Workplace Safety & Insurance Act. Lifesaver 101’s courses have been prepared to meet these requirements and have been approved by the WSIB. Providers approved to deliver emergency and standard first aid | WSIB.
Lifesaver 101’s training facility is well lit, clean and spacious. Our training equipment is clean, modern and well maintained.
All Lifesaver 101 course content have been created and structured to meet the learning objectives stipulated by the WSIB, our governing body. If you are late you will miss important and mandatory information and, consequently, we will not be able to issue you a certificate. As well, in fairness to Lifesaver 101 personnel and those participants who arrive on time, your punctuality is essential in order to avoid the unnecessary interruptions directly resulting from late entry. We recommend that you acquire directions to our training center and familiarize yourself with transportation details (i.e., bus routes, travel time) prior to the day of your course.Please observe your exact course starting time and strive to arrive ten to fifteen minutes in advance to allow sufficient time for registration.
Unfortunately if you arrive late you will need to reschedule at your own expense.
We supply all required material for your course. The only thing we ask participants to bring is a pair of indoor shoes. Clean, dry footwear is required for the training room. Outdoor footwear is never permitted inside the training area. If you don’t have indoor shoes you may use pair of slippers which we will provide or you can wear your socks.
We require 3 business days notice of cancellation in order to issue a refund. Cancellations after 3 business days or individuals who do not arrive and participate on the day of their scheduled course will not be eligible for refunds.
